Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with their cloud environment. Outlook and Teams seem to be the most affected at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and advise when it's marked as resolved. Personally, I'm able to receive emails and teams notifications, but I'm unable to send emails (messages are sitting in the outbox).
